Our facility is equipped with a clean room environment and advanced injection molding equipment, delivering 50 to 200 tons of pressure, in shot sizes from 1 to 210 gms, all to tolerances of ±.02mm. This precision close tolerance molding is achieved by significant quality policies; our facility employs a state of the art Electronica 2D Height Master, a fully equipped metrology lab, as well as a comprehensive material testing and validation program. In addition, we can also provide complete assembly services, including printing, painting, welding, and, machining.
